5 Star Crap ! Poor value, long wait times and curious worker behavior abound. A great place to go for if you like being ripped off. The Owners short change you on the products advertised VS actually sold. inquire, and look at what your buying and you will see this to be 100% true.Take your hard earned money to an honest business.

3 stars because the food is amazing and never disappoints. Wait times are high and the staff is known to be unfriendly.

Food is good but drive through takes a while

Just tried Zip’s Big Boss breakfast sandwich, one word of warning “Bring a Friend” this is a monster of a sandwich with 3 eggs, sausage patties, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato (can sub hash browns instead) on a Big Boss burger bun. Excellent service and great coffee (Try the Anglers Roast).

Best zips around!! Great food, especially breakfast!! Wonderful staff! The only part that has me giving only 4 stars, it feels overpriced. But I still go there to eat so it must be worth it to me! Highly recommend this restaraunt!!

This zips isn't my first choice when I'm in the greater Spokane area, but it's still good (and 24 hours). My only complaint is that the food is often a overly greasy. It's fast food, it happens, but could be still be improved.

All I got was ff. Good, could have been a bit crisper. Slow on service too. Medium speed for fast food but acceptable. I'll go back.

Walking in was barely acknowledged. Girl taking my order acted like she was doing me a favor and was impositions to help us. The burgers came and were way smaller than the bun.This topped off by one of the guys in the back talking to another employee about someone he knew and used the term Mother F[><^! To describe the person. I was sitting to th outer edge of the restaurant and heard the whole conversation clearly.When I worked fast food I wouldve been fired on the spot!00000 stars!!

I usually love this place! This afternoon no! The wait person was very unfriendly and and just looked at us to order. Fries were cold and obviously had been sitting around awhile. Not going back!

Food was really really good everytime ive been there, always fast and correct.... But they are always grumpy, ive worked alot of fast food so I know people get irritated but don't show it. Thank you for always making good food tho.

If you have never eaten here... Your time is up. GET IN HERE! It is one of the most Eastern Washington food you can get!I suggest asking about the current deals it specials for the day, they always have something special and at a great discount.Each location had it's own variation on some of the burgers, in Airway Heights you can order a "refueler" burger, it is amazing! And HUGE!Get a bucket of fries or tater tots! It's great to split between two or three people.Enjoy and take note of owners, they one on Monroe and the one in Airway Heights are two of the best in Spokane in my honest opinion.Enjoy! And give the shakes a try ;)

Was asked rudely if I wanted anything else several times by an elderly lady named Johann, While still making my order she wasn't polite by any means. She just kept asking if there was anything else in the most monotone voice. Was not friendly what so ever. Would recommend her to either be retrained or fired.

The fries were perfect the burgers too! The staff were delightful and happy. The place was very clean. The Manager, in front was training the newest staff person, right behind her and you could tell the work atmosphere was very well looked after. Itsy and Droop loved the place. We will go back.

All I ordered was a large Pepsi, light ice. There was no line at all. Should have been simple, right? Wrong. First I have to wait several minutes because a drink order is too complicated to fill and get out sooner (I’d like to clarify here, I go to the Zips in Cheney almost daily, for the same order. If there’s no line it takes less than 30 seconds to hand them my change, immediately get my soda, and already be pulling out of the drive thru). Then when he hands it to me, he insists I ordered a Diet Pepsi. I hate diet ANYTHING. So when he’s replacing it I remind him that I asked for light ice. He gives me the Pepsi several minutes later (seriously, who takes that long to fill a drink order?!), and it’s completely filled with ice!

The graveyard shift is absolutely awful. It takes 20 minutes to get through the drive through even if I’m the only one there. Funny thing is there was one night the manager was on duty with a different crew than usual and I was in and out in 6 minutes, and they were cooking to order! Interesting. The older gal that is usually at the window at 3am is clearly miserable to be at her job. She has no customer service skills. Half the time they are out of ingredients that they should have for their products like bacon and pickles. As soon as Jack in the Box opens back up 24 hours I will not be returning to this Zips. Sometimes I can’t get food on my lunch from work because they take so long. This is not FAST food. Terrible experience.

Food was great one of the best examples that I've ate at and I've hated all of them took a little while longer than I like to get the food but they were busy and had Top Notch service so I am not complaining whatsoever I didn't get her name but the Native American waitress that took our order was amazing my daughter loved her my daughter appreciated the Brownie and chocolate milk super great service I would highly recommend them

I've lived in Washington all my life but we don't have a zips in western Washington so when we went through spokane we had to stop and check it out . let me say that food was so good I wish we had one over on this side .

Guy at window hates his job and doesnt let you finish ordering # 1 manager needs to put him in back or talk to the guy great food though..

I have been going to Zips for years. Never have I ever been treated so kindly by an employee! Her name was Ruby. She was very patient and kind to me. You could tell it was super busy and she still made sure I got everything I needed in a timely manner. She asked how my day was and intently listened. I hope you see this Ruby! Thanks for the awesome service. I hope the managers appreciate your great service as much as I do! I will definitely be returning to the Airway Heights location again.

The service and food were great. Inside the restaurant was clean and comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but I noticed one of the cooks on his phone between burgers without changing his gloves and multiple employees were eating while they got orders ready.

Was the first time at this particular store (restaurant). We used the drive-thru to order 2 raspberry milkshakes and while waiting in line noticed how nasty and filthy the building was. Definitely needs a good pressure wash! Also, needs to work on accuracy of orders! We ended up with strawberry milkshakes NOT the raspberry that was ordered:(

The food seems a bit expensive for fast food but once I took a bite it was quickly worth it. The shakes are amazing as well and i appreciate theres a large variety of menu options.

Absolutely love & appreciate zips one of a kind crew they're absolutely amazing they're kind respectful. Every time I go through the drive-through to get my large Mountain Dew fountain pop it doesn't matter who's working the drive-thru they're always happy outgoing with a positive attitude. Thank You Zips I appreciate each and everyone of your crew

Zip's has amazing customer service paired with extremely satisfying food. The price is similar to other fast food, but the portion sizes are much larger for around the same price. It's not the healthiest option, but will always satisfy your taste buds.

I love their fries. The price is a bit high for fast food. There is often a wait to get food.

It's 24 hours which is a major plus, but if only they were better quality food. It's either always too salty or way too greasy, especially compared to the different zips restaurants around spokane. It has a better variety than other zips, but the taste of the food is enough to stay away from. Last time I got food there the burger was burnt, buns were stale, chicken was way too small. I have seen bigger chicken strips in a banquet t.v. dinner. I would try to eat it again in a few months because while my past few experiences weren't that good, long before that it was delicious.

In the past 5 months I’ve seen this great restaurant go down hill with poor management. We have been faithful supporters through this virus and for efforts been treated rudely and indifferent by the managers. The morning staff still remains great. Other restaurants have not pushed the masks mandate and allow us to eat in without. It states companies CAN enforce masks not have to. Unfortunately after eating here for years we won’t return. Management is the worst I’ve seen. Candy Gintz
